<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating system for improving heat transfer performance, and reducing the number of part items. <P>SOLUTION: An electric heater 3 is arranged in a bottom part of a tank 1, and a heat exchanger 2 is arranged above the electric heater 3. A heat transfer pipe of the heat exchanger 2 is spirally 11 wound in a multilayer shape, and the heat exchanger 2 is arranged in an attitude capable of visually confirming a spiral from the horizontal direction.
