PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheathing board simply installed in an opening between the sheathing board and a cantilever slab accurately and a method for building a seismically isolated structure. SOLUTION: In the sheathing board 1, a beltlike sealing member, a gasket 3, is buried into a corrugated board 2, the top face of the gasket 3 is made flush each other to the top plate 5 of the corrugated board and an underside to the lower plate 6 of the corrugated board respectively, and an anchor 7 projected from the underside is formed to the gasket 3. In the method for building the seismically isolated structure, concrete 12 is placed in forms 11 for the retaining wall assembled and formed around a foundation 9 for the structure, and the sheathing board 1 in which beltlike gasket 3 is buried into the corrugated board 2 is mounted at the top end of concrete 12 placed in the forms 11. In the method, forms 14 for an upper skeleton using the sheathing board 1 as a part of a bottom plate are assembled and formed, concrete 19 is placed into the forms 14 and only the corrugated board 2 for the sheathing board 1 is removed with the overhaul of the forms 14 after the curing of concrete 19.
