PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor for wiring capable of reducing the manufacturing cost and remarkably improving the workability. SOLUTION: A cover plate 3 is integrally formed on a base panel having supporting legs 1 in a state that recessed parts 4 corresponding to a thickness of the cover plate 3 exist at four surrounding sides of an upper face side of the base panel 2, the recessed parts 4a, 4b of adjacent two sides among the recessed parts 4a-4d of four surrounding sides are formed on flat faces 5a, 5b, and at the remaining recessed parts 4c, 4d of two adjacent sides, cover plates 3A, 3B for expansion are integrally formed on the base panel 2 and the cover plate 3 through a hinge part 6 in a state of being expandable between a position being upright to a panel face 2a of the base panel 2 to a position being horizontally laid along the panel face 2a of the base panel 2.
