<p>When an electronic locking device is applied to a rental locker, data is passed without causing a user to feel inconvenience. The user of the locker (100) holds a recording device (400) and approaches an input device (200). The input device (200) detects the approach of the recording device (400) in non-contact way and outputs the approaching fact to a management device. The management device extracts a locker ID of a locker (100) not in use and causes the input device (200) to display it. When the user selects the locker (100) and inputs a password, the input device (200) outputs the locker ID of the selected locker (100) and the password to the management device. The management device decides electronic data, i.e., an electronic key, for opening the selected locker (100), outputs it via the input device (200) to the recording device (400) by radio, and opens the selected locker (100). The recording device (400) stores the received electronic key.</p> |
