<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein construction cost of a large-sized wind power generator is expensive since load supported by a supporting structural body of a foundation 7 and a tower 8 is increased according to a high output of a wind power generator. <P>SOLUTION: A wind mill/hydraulic pump unit 10 constituted of a wind mill 1 and a hydraulic pump 11 driven by rotation of the wind mill 1 is supported by the tower 8 to a prescribed ground height. A force feed circuit 12 for feeding pressure oil discharged by an operation of the hydraulic pump 11 to a hydraulic motor 21 is formed. A hydraulic motor/power generating unit 20 constituted of the hydraulic motor 21 and a generator G driven by rotation of the hydraulic motor 21 is installed on the ground. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
