<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an earth-friendly and pollution-free permanent device. <P>SOLUTION: Compressed gas is used as working fluid for a jet pump by utilizing an expansion pressure of compressed gas permanently held by heat quantity of the sun light. Water is sucked with the jet pump by utilizing overflow. The pressure of the mixed fluid is the highest in this device by making nebulosus mixed fluid and making the hole of the thinnest place of the nozzle and the diffuser almost same.
