<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for reducing deviation in density due to difference between drying conditions, in manufacturing a display/device using a liquid droplet discharge system. <P>SOLUTION: A constitution/system is employed, in which post-drying density distribution data for each coordinate position on a color filter substrate are acquired in advance before the manufacturing process, and in which the liquid droplet is discharged at each coordinate position with a discharge amount distribution which is set on the basis of the post-drying density distribution data, in the manufacturing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
