PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of resin-coated carrier for electrophotography which enables high efficiency, excellent product yield and easy maintenance of the apparatus and, in particular, can correspond to small-sized carrier and to provide a resin-coating apparatus for the production method. SOLUTION: In this production method of resin-coated carrier for electrophotography, slit air from gap between outer wall and inclined rotating plate and supply air from the upper part are respectively supplied onto the inclined rotating plate having an inclination of +20-+40°in the outer peripheral direction, is fed onto the inclined rotating plate and resin coating to the surface of the carrier core material is performed by spraying a resin solution to the carrier core material which is under the centrifugal rolling movement and drying the same.
