A temporary storage device in the ink conductor has various working points with different ink retention forces resulting in different flows. The device has a sleeve-shaped pen shaft, an ink container (4) with a vent opening, a writing tip, an ink conducting system in a channel body (10) for feeding ink out of the container to the writing tip, a battery or accumulator and a regulating system. A controllable micro-valve (23) is arranged between the ink container and the ink conducting channel and is controlled by regulating electronics (31,32).
