<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL (electroluminescence) display device whose size is easily reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL display device is provided with an organic EL panel 17 and a flexible wiring member 25. The panel 17 is made by forming a laminated body 19 which has a first electrode 21, a light emitting layer and a second electrode 23, on a substrate 18. The member 25 has a wiring pattern 27 which is electrically connected to the electrode 21, and is electrically connected to the panel 17. The member 25 is arranged along the back surface of the panel 17. A drive circuit 28 which drives the panel 17 is mounted on the member 25. A protecting member 29 is provided to prevent the member 25 from coming in contact with a corner section 20b of a sealing member 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
