PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a slip between an undrawn yarn or an undrawn fiber tow and drawing rolls in a drawing device. SOLUTION: A draw-reinforcing device comprising a plurality of guide bars 7 is disposed on the upstream side of the drawing device 4, and the undrawn yarn or the undrawn fiber tow 1 to be brought in the drawing device is spun on the guide bars 7 to give resistance in a drawing direction to the yarn or the tow before carried in the drawing device.
