PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caffeine-containing mixed powder capable of uniformly distributing a content of an effective component at distribution and to provide a capsule and a tablet using the powder. SOLUTION: The mixed powder for distribution contains an anhydrous caffeine powder in which≥90 mass% powder has a particle size of 100-500μm and≤5 mass% powder has a particle size of less than 100μm and two or more kinds of an effective component powder.
