PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary flushing device in which a space for assembling many parts into the sanitary flushing device can be easily secured and part assembling work is not accompanied by any trouble and which has favorable workability and improved safety. SOLUTION: A spout solenoid valve 11, a controller 15, etc., are arranged on a base plate 1. Many feeders including a feeder 21 are built in a mounting plate 2 vertically attached to the base plate 1. The many feeders are double- molded so as to be electrically connectable with the controller 15 and various functional parts, and built in the mounting plate 2 vertically attached to the base plate 1. In this way, it is easy to find an open space to fit the many functional parts and work shifting of the many feeders to secure the open space is not necessary. Since the connecting direction of the mounting plate 2 vertically attached to the base plate 1 and the respective functional parts is set horizontal, even if a fitted part is flooded with water, water does not accumulate in the fitting part and no leak arises.
