PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a falling down type fence capable of being stored by simple operation and occupying no storage space. SOLUTION: A lower part of a support column 3 is stored into a support column lower part storage space 2a of a column leg 2 forming the support column lower part storage space 2a by a column leg front part 6 and a column leg rear part 7, and the support column 3 is rotatably attached to the column leg 2 by a support shaft 10. Horizontal angle direction vertical faces 6b, 7b are formed in a part of inner side faces of respective upper parts of the column leg front and rear parts 6, 7. The support column 3 can fall down in the direction of width of the fence from a straight condition up to an adequate inclination angle and can fall down in the direction in which it has a horizontal angle for the direction of width of the fence after that (a twist falling-down structure 5). A panel 4 constituted by connecting a plurality of panel pieces 20 by a link mechanism 21 is removably provided between right and left support columns 3. The panel 4 is removed from the support column 3, and then the support column 3 is put down horizontally to realize a low height storage condition. Since the support column 3 falls down horizontally in the direction in which it has the horizontal angle for the direction of width of the fence, the support columns having adjacent spans are not mutually overlapped.
