PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for performing name identification on unit forms of unspecified quantity and binding the forms together, enclosing the forms and sealing the envelope, and then printing an address on the surface of the envelope. SOLUTION: In the nonstandard-sized envelope enclosing and sealing system, a continuous form that has been output of the unspecified number in enclosing unit is cut into unit forms, the name identification of the unit forms by addressee is performed, and the forms are bound into a book; the book is put into a nonstandard-sized envelope, the envelope is sealed, and the address is printed on the surface of the envelope; and a mail delivery report is stuck on the envelope. The system performs a series of operations as follows: inquiring in database 100d about addressee information to be printed to obtain the information by using an identification mark that is printed on each unit form for an addressee as a clue; printing name and address on the surface of the nonstandard-sized envelope based on the obtained information; and printing the name and on the mail delivery report and sticking the report on the envelope.
