PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device of an interior part for a vehicle to a trim board capable of firmly mounting the interior part without backlash even when thickness of the trim board slightly varies. SOLUTION: This mounting device is used for making efficient mounting work to the vehicle by previously mounting the interior part for the vehicle such as a locking tool 20 to the trim board 50 to modularize it. The mounting device comprises a mounting hole 51 disposed in the trim board 50 and for passing the outer periphery of the interior part, a projection 25 formed on the outer periphery of the interior part, a frame plate 60 having a hole 61 engaging with the outer periphery of the interior part, an engaging claw 62 formed on the inner periphery of the frame plate 60 and engaging with the projection 25 of the interior part, and an elastic piece 64 extended from the frame plate 60 and elastically abutting on the trim board 50.
