A laminating machine for laminating paper products with viable plant seeds (30), in particular greetings cards, comprises a first gluing station (16). Partial sticking surfaces (22) are generated on a first paper web (10) by means of said gluing station (16). The gluing machine further comprises a seed introduction device (24), by means of which seeds (30) are continuously led to the paper web (10), independent of the sticking surfaces. The seeds (30) are introduced such that a part of said seeds (30) adheres to the sticking surfaces (22). A laminating station (54) for addition of a second paper web (58) to the first paper web is further provided. |
