The room divider structure, with at least one screen surface, has at least one straight side edge zone (3,4) with a hinge linkage for the screen surface to swing on a fixed or moving mounting. At least one energy supply for the screen surface runs between the hinge mounting and the surface. The hinge unit has two parallel head profile bars (5,6), where one is fitted to the surface component (1,2) and the other is attached to the hinge mounting. Each head profile bar has a cross section zone of circular segment center axes (7,8) with a toothed peripheral contour structure (9,10), which match together so that the two profile bars roll within each other with a constant gap between them during the rolling movement. At least one slit opening (14,17) is at each head profile bar, at right angles to the circular segment center axes, penetrating wholly through the cross section and aligned with each other at the two bars. The energy supply line (16) passes through the slit openings at both bars. |
