PURPOSE: Installation structure of a clutch for a washing machine is provided to mount various kinds of clutches by adjusting the size of an installation hole with forming a gasket between the installation hole and the clutch, and to prevent leak by contacting the elastic gasket between the installation hole and the clutch. CONSTITUTION: A clutch installation system of a washing machine is composed of a dehydrating tub(56) having an installation hole(h), and a clutch(62) partially inserted to the installation hole. The dehydrating tub is formed by injection-molding, and the kind of the clutch is selected according to the model of the product. The inner periphery is decided according to the size of the clutch, and the outer periphery of a gasket(70) is decided corresponding to the size of the installation hole. The gasket is contacted to the installation hole of the dehydrating tub, and a slip preventive rib(72) is formed to prevent slip of the gasket. The clutch is inserted to the gasket, and a sealing member(66) is mounted between the clutch and the gasket. |
