PURPOSE: A blanket converter for a security of a document is provided to minimize a scatter of security API calls in a document processing system generally in the case that a security element is applied to the document processing system by executing an electronic signature, an electronic signature verification, an encoding, and a decoding in all over or a partial portion of a document collectively according to prepared document conversion details. CONSTITUTION: A document analysis unit(10) analyzes a structure of a conversion-objected document and supplies contents thereof. A conversion details document analysis unit(20) analyzes contents of a document which defines conversion details and supplies information with respect to a conversion rule. A security processing unit(30) processes data related to a security such as an encoding and a decoding including an electronic signature and a verification. A conversion processing unit(40) executes a conversion of a document using the document analysis unit(10), the conversion details document analysis unit(20), and the security processing unit(30). An extraction and output unit(50) outputs/extracts a document created as a result of the conversion processing unit(40) in an exterior, and uses the document.
