PURPOSE: A device for testing the rubbing of a liquid crystal display panel is provided to move a supporting plate securing a parent substrate in the vertical, the right and left, and the to and fro directions simultaneously by a handle for precisely controlling an angle formed by the light radiated to the parent substrate and the eye of an inspector, thereby precisely testing the rubbing state of the parent substrate in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing the rubbing of a liquid crystal display panel includes a supporting plate(101) for securing a parent substrate, handles(102) coupled to side surfaces of the supporting plate, first to third bases(104,107,109), a main frame(110) and a light source(111) for emitting light to the parent substrate secured to the supporting die. The first base is coupled with the bottom surface of the supporting plate and a cylinder(103) to move the supporting plate vertically. The first base has a protrusion(104A) coupled with guides(105A-105D). The second base is coupled with the guides and the cylinder and moves horizontally by X-rails(106). The third base is coupled on the top surface of the X-rails and moves to and fro in association with the second base by Y-rails contacting the bottom surface thereof. The main frame is coupled with the Y-rails on its top surface. |
