<p>3H benzo-1,4-diazepine-2,5-dione derivs (I): (where R1 = H, Cl, methyl, or CF3; R2 = H or methyl, R3 and R4 denote H, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, or phenylalkyl, opt. with alkyl or alkoxy substituents in the ring, or -NR3R4 represents are pyrrolidine, piperidine, morpholine or hexamethyleneimine ring, opt. with lower alkyl substituents), are synthesised from corresponding 3-hydroxyalkyl-p- toluenesulphonates and amines R3R4NH. Prefd. example is 3-dimethylaminomethyl-1,2,4,5- 3H -benzo-1,4-diazepin-2,5-dione. The new derivs and their non toxic salts have a pronounced effect on the central nervous system and blood pressure.</p> |
