PURPOSE: Provided is a hemp cloth bottom sole of shoes coated with porous cork powder facilitating ventilation so that sweat and moisture are eliminated and slipping is prevented. CONSTITUTION: The sole comprises: a hemp cloth(2,3) cut in a shape of foot; a cork layer(1) on the top of the hemp cloth(2) which is press-molded by mixing 55-85wt.% of cork powder, molding agent consisting of 5.0-35wt.% of latex, 0.5-15wt.% of starch and 3-15wt.% of wood adhesive and 1-5wt.% of sodium bicarbonate as additive to make air pores.
