PURPOSE: A chain flight type sludge collector is provided which is made of non-metallic material and has high endurance. CONSTITUTION: The sludge collector comprises a motor driving unit(100) installed above a sedimentation tank, a driving shaft having one end connected to the motor driving unit(100) and the other end connected to a driving sprocket(130) for transferring driving force from the motor driving unit(100) to a main sprocket(200), the main sprocket(200) installed in the sedimentation tank and connected to the driving sprocket(130) by a chain(140), a plurality of passive sprockets(300) connected to the main sprocket(200) by respective chains, a plurality of flights(600), each having a return shoe(610) connected to the corresponding chain by a bolt and nut and a holding guide, and a plurality of fixed supports for guiding movement of the corresponding flights(600).
