PURPOSE: A method of producing a natural seasoning improved in seasoning property by blending a seasoning composition containing starch, seaweeds, mushrooms, vegetables, fishes, shell-fishes, etc. with meat juice and then heating is provided. Therefore, the product causes no harm to the human body even when used in excess and comprises natural seasoning components and thus can further improve the taste and flavor of food. CONSTITUTION: The natural seasoning is prepared by the following process consisting of: preparing a seasoning powder composition containing wheat flour or starch powder and at least one seasoning material powder selected from the group consisting of seaweeds, mushrooms, vegetables, fishes, shell-fishes and meats; preparing water or infusion of at least one material selected from the group consisting of seaweeds, mushrooms, vegetables, fishes, shell-fishes and meats in water; blending the seasoning powder composition and infusion or water and then heating while agitating until the mixture becomes a yellowish solid. |
