PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for giving goods in a lump by using a mobile phone are provided to give the goods to one prizewinner in a lump among members who participate in the purchase of the goods by lot. CONSTITUTION: A member information database(32) stores member information. A goods information database(34) stores a plurality of goods information, a participation personnel, a limit personnel, a currently participated personnel and an end date, which are designated in goods. A lot server(30) reads goods information stored in the goods information database(34), and outputs read goods information through the Internet(40). The lot server(30) invites the participation personnel by the settlement of a mobile phone, draws lot when the selling end date of the goods is reached or the participation personnel is identical to the limit personnel, and gives the goods in a lump to one prizewinner. A plurality of purchase terminals(P1-Pn) confirm goods information outputted from the lot server(30) and select the goods. |
