PURPOSE: A system and a method for transmitting an AD(ADvertisement) using a text message are provided to maximize an AD effect by transmitting a text AD message to a specified target in a specified region without the limitation of a place and an equipment. CONSTITUTION: An AD processing part(400) and an interface part(500) are connected with a mobile communication company(600). The interface part(500) connects the AD processing part(400) with the mobile communication company(600), searches a text AD receiver from mobile communication subscribers, and transfers it to the AD processing part. The AD processing part(400) connects with a gateway(200) through an Internet network(300). The gateway(200) connects with a mobile communication network(100). The interface part(500) has an AD receiving subscriber database-2(510). The AD processing part(400) has an AD receiving subscriber database-1(410) and an AD receiving subscriber position database(420).
