PURPOSE: An ultrasonic sterilizing washer is provided to easily remove impurities from dishes or vegetables, and to improve sterilizing effect by using ultrasonic waves, radical, and ozone. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic sterilizing washer using radical and ozone is composed of a key input unit(100) having each key button for adjusting washing and sterilizing function, a power supply unit(102), a control unit(104), an LED display unit(106), a vibrator(108), an ultrasonic generating unit(109), a circulation pump(119), a high-voltage generating unit(116), and a radical/ozone/anion generating unit(118). An air/water circulating pump(114) dissolves radical/ozone/anion in washing water. A filter(112) is installed at the wall of a compartment, and prevents impurities in the washing water from being introduced into the compartment. A case supports each unit.
