PURPOSE: Provided is a multipurpose and multifunctional coating agent composition, which has waterproof property, water repellency, flame retardancy, fungicide resistance, antiseptic property, mothproof property, shows beautiful color, can be used as an adhesive, and can control the thickness of a coating layer freely. CONSTITUTION: The multipurpose and multifunctional coating agent composition contains: 70-100pts.wt. of an adhesive component selected from the group consisting of a dammar resin, a pine resin, and rosin; 5-100pts.wt. of a wax component selected from the group consisting of polyethylene wax, paraffin wax, liquid paraffin, carbona wax, micro wax, beeswax, and pewter; additionally, 10-50pts.wt. of an ethylene vinyl acetate resin, a urethane resin, or a mixture thereof. |
