The cutting body has at least one base arranged on its cover surface. A chisel holder (4) or similar connected to the base (1) is exchangeably fixed by a securing device. The securing device is formed by a securing bolt (15) arranged in a hole (14) extending through the base. The securing bolt engages a corresponding recess (16) of the chisel holder. The securing bolt is held on the base threadlessly in a clamping or securing manner. The chisel holder contains a shaft (5), with which it is introduced in a recess in the base. The recess of the shaft is formed as an at least partly circulating ring groove.
