<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dryness detecting sensor by which a water content is detected with high accuracy by a method wherein outputs by a plurality of light-receiving means are corrected. SOLUTION: Light which is projected by a light-emitting means 11 is reflected by clothes 14, 15 inside a drum 17 so as to be received by a first light-receiving means 21, for reference, and a second light-receiving means 23, for reference, which are sensitive to a wavelength region whose absorption by moisture is small and by a light- receiving means 22, for detection, which is sensitive to a wavelength region whose absorption by moisture is large, and their detection signals are transmitted to a control board to which a control part 12 is attached. At this time, when a quantity of reference light and a quantity of detection light are measured simultaneously, it is possible to prevent a measuring place from being changed due to the movement of the clothes 14, 15. In addition, as a method to correct an optical path difference up to the respective light-receiving means, the light-receiving means 22 for detection is arranged between the two light-receiving means 21, 23 for reference so as to make the respective light-receiving means rectlinear. When the quantities of received light by the light- receiving means in a plurality are different, the control part 12 corrects the quantiy of light and the quantities of received light to be identical, and it is possible to correct an irregularity in the respective light-receiving means.</p> |
