PURPOSE: A shoulder protection appliance is provided to allow the user to freely adjust the support points thereof according to the weight of a sack and various body conditions of the user. CONSTITUTION: In the shoulder protection appliance comprising inner and outer surface members and bisected shoulder support portions formed with anti-sliding members, a distance between the support portions is adjustable by the use of a certain adjustment device. That is, each of the shoulder support portions is provided with a main support member, an auxiliary support member, and a movable adjustment member(43).
