PURPOSE: A rotary drying method is provided to reduce manufacturing cost, and to improve productivity by winding and drying textile from the outside of a dry chamber. CONSTITUTION: Textile(2) is rotated and dried in a square or cylindrical dry chamber(1). A plurality of guide rollers(3,3',3",4,4',4",5,5',5") are installed at the dry chamber, and wind the textile in the center of the dry chamber. A winding chamber(10) is installed separately from the dry chamber.
