The coupling comprises a housing part and an insert part, and an insert part which is insertable in a sealed manner in an accommodation aperture of the housing part. The insert part (4) in an inserted installed position is securable against loosening by a locking device (10). The locking device has a retention component (12), which is located on the side of the one coupling part and in the installed position engages in a holding groove (16) of the other coupling part. A release device (32) is so provided that starting from the installed position through further insertion of the insert part, the retention component is brought to a release position freeing the holding groove and is held in this position. The insert part is then removable from the accommodation aperture (8). The release device has a slide arranged on the side of the coupling part having holding groove actuated by movement of insert part.
