Method and device for protecting digital circuit parts

Voltage interruption is detected in a glue-logic digital circuit. Several sensors (1) are connected to OR circuit (2). Sensor is standard cell of one NOR gate, inverter and capacitor, with NOR gate and inverter forming latch. Sensors are activated when reset signal is set to logic zero. Standard cell (1) operates as sensor and outputs of the sensors are combined with OR circuit (2). OR circuit output signal (3) is active when one or more of the sensors provides error signal. Sensor has a NOR gate and inverter functioning as latch. Node when where NOR input is connected with inverter output, is connected via capacitor with supply voltage. Input of inverter is connected with output of NOR gate. Reset signal is connected to input of NOR gate. Error signal from sensor is produced at output of NOR gate.
