PURPOSE: A chain type system for inputting and outputting a vehicle is provided to transfer the vehicle from the trolley to the parking space by directly receiving driving force from a driving motor, and to reduce parking hours by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A chain type vehicle transfer system comprises chain type rotating frames(20) arranged in the front and rear parts of a trolley(10) to transfer vehicles; a driving unit having first and second driving motors(40a,40b) in the front and rear parts of the trolley opposed to the parking space, and rotating or reversing the chain type rotating frame; and a rotating rod formed between the trolley and the parking space to transfer the vehicles. The chain type rotating frame includes a couple of chains attached and detached from the first and second driving motors and wound on the left and the right of the trolley with rotating, and a couple of frames fixed to the chains and integrally rotated to transport vehicles.
