PURPOSE: A patient monitoring apparatus and an automatic emergency information apparatus are provided to allow for a blood pressure and pulse monitoring and data storage, while permitting the doctor to directly input data in accordance with the condition of the patient. CONSTITUTION: A patient monitoring apparatus comprises a sphygmomanometer(1) for measuring a pulse pressure signal, storing the measured blood pressure and pulses into a memory, and transmitting an emergency signal upon occurrence of abnormality of the blood pressure and pulses of the patient; a receiver(2) having a transmitter for receiving information of the patient from the sphygmomanometer and transmitting the stored data to a terminal(6) or a computer installed in a medical center(3) or a hospital(4); and the terminal having a software for constructing a database from the information of the patient and analyzing health of the patient.
