PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation controlling apparatus by which stable performance of a solid electrolytic fuel cell can be obtained. SOLUTION: An operation controlling apparatus of a solid electrolytic fuel cell 1, which comprises a fuel supply pipe 4 provided with a fuel mass flow controller 5, an air supply pipe 8 provided with an air mass flow controller 9, an electricity generating apparatus 3, a fuel discharging pipe 6, and an air discharging pipe 10, is constituted by installing a fuel back pressure valve 12 in the rear flow side of the fuel mass flow controller 5 of the fuel supply pipe 4 and an air back pressure valve 13 in the rear flow side of the air mass flow controller 9 of the air supply pipe 8. |
