PURPOSE: A rice kettle coated with ceramic is provided to quickly cook rice, and to improve the taste of boiled rice by radiating a mineral anion from a ceramic coating layer. CONSTITUTION: Ceramic containing powdered mineral is applied to the inner surface of a rice kettle. Thus, a ceramic coating layer is formed at the inner surface of the rice kettle, and radiates an anion radiated from the mineral.
