The scooter has a handle (5.1) on top of a vertical rod (5) extending up from the frame (4). The frame has longitudinal side bars (4.1,4.2) with links (6.1,6.2) supporting a foot plate (6). Angled links (4.8) on either side of the front wheel (1) make this wheel steer either to the right or to the left as the handle and the frame are tilted. There is a crossbar (4.4) with angled links (4.5,4.6) to allow tilting of the rear wheels (2,3). There is a centrally-placed link (6.3) to support the rear end of the foot plate.
