PURPOSE: A folding ladder is provided to convey simply by folding into the small size and to use for various working environment by installing in a narrow space easily. CONSTITUTION: The folding ladder contains many panel units(100) which form in the H-shape by connecting a pair of panel-type post members(110), composed of primary, secondary and third panels(111,112,113) connected by a hinge pin respectively to be folded in the C-shape, by a connector(120), wherein each upper end and each lower end of the panel-type post member(110) of each panel unit(100) are hinged to be foldable in zigzags.
