The invention relates to a device for the tight closing and the discharging of the pressurized liquids from containers, especially meant for closing and discharging in a controlled manner pressurized edible liquids, such as carbonated soft drinks. The claimed device comprises a body (1) wherein a box (3) containing a valve (A) with a plate (6) is introduced, the body (1) being screwed onto the threaded neck of a container (2). The valve (A) obturates an orifice (f) confined by a seat-valve (g) cut in the body (1), the valve (A) being opened by means of a push button (10) provided with a rod (9) and pushed by a compression spring (12). The push button (10) is provided with a collar (i) for retaining it on the body (1) and, before the first use, is axially locked by a ring (15) to be broken and removed. By means of a flexible strap (14) said ring is integral with a plug-seal (13) introduced into the end of a nozzle (l) of the body (1) wherethrough a radial orifice (m) is cut with a view to supplying a pressurized carbon dioxide dose and to discharging the liquid from the container (2) when the push button (10) is pressed.
