PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of complicated operations using a processing device by allowing the functions of operation switches to be arbitrarily changed and set only on a scope side. SOLUTION: In this device, a scope 10 is formed so as to be connected to a processor device 28, and first to third operation switches 11 to 13 for operating the various functions are disposed in the control section 10C of the scope 10. A rotary switch 16 is installed on the scope 10 side, and one of a plurality of combinations obtained by allocating specified functions to the first to third operation switches 11 to 13 is selected with the rotary switch 16.
