PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle that can cool an inverter with a small and simple configuration. SOLUTION: An inverter integrated condenser 150 is composed of an inverter assembly 140 controlling an electric motor to drive a compressor and a condenser 103, placed between a compressor 102 and a receiver 104 of a refrigerant circuit via piping 120. A refrigerant discharged from the compressor 102 and cooled and condensed in the condenser 103 passes within an inverter casing 140a of the assembly 140, which allows elements or the like implemented to be cooled by heat exchange with the refrigerant.
