PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing plate which can well print a cream solder or the like without fault even when a ruggedness of a mounted previously attached component exists on a circuit board. SOLUTION: The screen printing plate 210 comprises an integral case shape constituted of a metal thin plate or the like such as a stainless steel or the like. The plate 210 further comprises a substantially flat printing surface 211 having a printing pattern suitably formed at a bottom thereof. Further, a side face 212 is stood from the overall peripheral edge of the printing surface 211, and entirely constituted in a cylindrical state. An edge 213 opened so as to be bent to an outside is provided at an upper end of the face 212. The plate 210 is integrally constituted of plate-like materials having the same thickness of the surface 211 and the face 212.
