<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording material which has an excellent gradation reproduction of an image and which can record in a high density. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive recording material comprises a microcapsule for including an electron donative dye precursor, and a heat-sensitive recording layer containing an electron acceptive compound for color developing by a reaction with the electron donative dye precursor out of the microcapsule. In this material, the microcapsule is made of two types or more of microcapsules having different glass transition temperatures, and two or more heat-sensitive recording layers each containing the microcapsule are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
