PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container support leg device for a detachable vehicle with a lighter support leg capable of improving working efficiency upon changing the support leg from a used state to a non-use state. SOLUTION: The container support leg device for a truck raises and lowers a container which is removably loaded on a vehicle body, in a substantially vertical direction and supports it with a supporting leg 5 in a state removed from the vehicle body. The support leg comprises support leg base parts 52, etc., having opening parts 51 opening toward the outside in the vehicle width direction provided on both the right and left ends of a hollow frame member N1 extending in the vehicle width direction on both the front and rear ends of the container, and a support leg main body 53 removably fitted into each hole part of the support leg base parts 52 from the outside in the vehicle width direction. Each of the support leg main bodies 53 are composed of a thick, hollow frame made out of a steel plate formed into a rectangular cross sectional shape. Switching is made between the used state wherein each of the support leg main bodies 53 is fitted into the hole part 51 of each of the support leg base parts 52, and a non-use state wherein each of the support leg main bodies 53 is held at the front part of the deck surface of the container by a holding tool.
