PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the centrifugal separation efficiency by using a microplate under a high centrifugal acceleration in a centrifugal separation rotor performing centrifugal separation using the microplate. SOLUTION: A surface, on which a microplate is placed, is constituted of a surface having a difference in level and brought into contact with the back bottom surface of the sample injection hole part of the microplate by the projected part provided to the central part of the microplate to receive the back bottom surface.
