PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide measurement and training equipment which is suitable, rational, easy to use and easy to continue using it for preventing the deterioration of body ability associated with aging. SOLUTION: The equipment comprises a chair-shaped body and an apparatus 8 which is arranged at a back rest part 3 for measuring and training backward pressurizing force of the lumber part with the fourth lumber spine as a center.
