PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peritoneal dialysis system and method which realize avoidance of the divergence of optimizing processing of a kinetic parameter and reduction in an arithmetic processing quantity in the analysis of pharmacokinetics and realize utilization of the analysis result for clinical medicine. SOLUTION: The peritoneal dialysis system for optimizing a dialysis condition by analyzing a multiple-purpose peritoneal function constructs a macroscopical pharmacokinetics model and a microscopical pharmacokinetics model for analyzing the same phenomenon, determines the kinetic parameter in the macroscopical pharmacological kinetics model, determines an initial estimated value to be applied to the optimizing processing of the kinetic parameter in the microscopical pharmacokinetics model from a correlation between the kinetic parameter in the macroscopical pharmacokinetics model and that in the microscopical pharmacokinetics model, optimize-processes the kinetic parameter in the microscopical pharmacokinetics model by using the initial estimated value, and analyzes the dialysis condition.
